Upon arrival, I found the hotel in a great location near a variety of nice restaurants and within walking distance of the aquarium and inner harbor attractions. The rooms were decent overall, though a bit worn in some areas, typical of other HGI locations I've visited. However, I did encounter a delay in getting my room ready, which was slightly inconvenient. The service, despite lacking some expected Diamond member perks, was still very professional during my stay.

I stayed at the hotel near the Waterfront Area of Baltimore. Despite some initial issues with the room temperature and elevator confusion, the location was great for exploring the city.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The location is perfect, and the staff is beyond welcoming, efficient, and helpful. However, I did encounter a small hiccup with my room assignment initially, but everything was sorted out swiftly.
